ELVIS AT HOME LAUNCHES WITH ALEVIS -
OUR VERY OWN BEER
To kick off our new Elvis at Home series of events, Elvis introduced our very own brew – aptly named Alevis. Last week we welcomed industry folk out of the rain and into a summery beer garden complete with grass, parasols and pork scratchings for a beer tasting hosted by legendary beer expert Pete Brown.
Alevis is our first Elvis beer. Its name is derived from the deep valleys of New Cavendish. You'll find Alevis to be golden sunshine in colour with a clean, fresh sweetness, much like the agency where it was born.
Pete Brown shared his supreme knowledge of all things beer-related, and let us all in on the secrets of the perfect brew. Amongst the weird and wonderful beers was an ale matured in Jura whiskey barrels, a chocolate stout and a beer the tasted like Bavarian bacon sarnies.
It's the first in a series of events we're calling Elvis at Home. Each evening will feature masters of their trade who'll teach us something new, let us in on the secrets of their trade, and lead us in some light-hearted discussion and debate. It's a chance to learn a thing or two, mingle with other industry folk, and enjoy a round on us. Watch this space for the next one in June.
